Flash player not working

My flash player no longer works and there is no phone number or chat to contact about the problem.  I used all the suggestions I could find on the website.  What next?

Flash Player is freeware. This is the support for it unless you're OK with paying $39.99 up front, with no guarantee that your issue can be resolved. The number is 1 (800) 833-6687 and it's availabe Mon-Fri 6am-7pm (PST)

We're not rocket scientists (sarcasm) but we do a pretty good job of getting people fixed up. What we need to know is:
