1. Re: error itms-9000 invalid code signing viewer.app/viewer
Neil Enns - Adobe Dec 9, 2013 6:30 AM (in response to atelier790)The error is correctly telling you what is wrong. You signed the app with a certificate that doesn't match the mobileprovision file you specified in App Builder. Make sure you didn't mix up your certificates and mobileprovision files with another set you have on your machine.
One way to make 100% sure you have the right mobileprovision and certificate file is to make them again in the iTunes developer portal and put them in a dedicated folder on your machine for the application you are trying to build.

atelier790 Dec 9, 2013 7:54 AM (in response to Neil Enns - Adobe)thanks, I solved :-), I was convinced that the development and distribution certificates were generic for Apple account, rather than tied to a single app.

One is to put inside the DPS APP Builder and the other one to sign the app (to make the .zip) where i found it??

4. Re: error itms-9000 invalid code signing viewer.app/viewer
Neil Enns - Adobe May 21, 2014 9:01 AM (in response to TK_ITA)It means you used the wrong .mobileprovision file. Delete the .mobileprovision file from your machine, go to iTunes, and download a new one that matches the certificate you are using to sign the app.

6. Re: error itms-9000 invalid code signing viewer.app/viewer
Neil Enns - Adobe May 22, 2014 7:05 AM (in response to TK_ITA)The problem is your .mobileprovision file is wrong. Delete your .mobileprovision file. Go into iTunes. Download a new .mobileprovision file. Use that file in App Builder in the two places where it asks you for it.
