Adobe does not, but there's a tool (for windows only) you can try at INDDRecovery — a program for restoring corrupted InDesign documents

If you run the above script with no documents open.
You can select the folder where your file is located.
Then choose to convert it to IDML file.
Try opening the IDML file if it creates it.
Please email your InDesign file to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will take a look at the document.
If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can zip (and password protect) the file and upload to Creative Cloud account (or Dropbox) and send us the document link.
