"ERROR: Media DB Error : -16"

I tried installing the CS6 Master Suite, and received the "ERROR: Media DB Error : -16" error message. The error summary doesn't explain what this is or how to fix it.

For some background information, I was instructed by someone on this forum to adjust my permissions to try to fix a serial number issue. I'm concerned these suggestions may have created the problem, but I don't really know since I can't find any information on what "ERROR: Media DB Error : -16" is in reference to.

Ashlillings a similar error was resolved by removing the media_db.db file.  You can find a related discussion at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1103694.
