change timezone for Email marketing

You change the timezone in the Partner Portal.

Otherwise you can schedule the email to go out at the time you need. In other words, calculate the time it needs to be sent at GMT+1 to be sent at the time you want it sent at GMT+10.

Within the Partner Portal (http://www.businesscatalyst.com/Admin/Index.aspx?to=PartnerPortal), navigate to My Sites > [select your site by clicking on the site name link], then the option to change your site's timezone will be possible by clicking [Change] next to 'Time Zone' under the 'Details' sub-heading: http://screencast.com/t/dyCK9zSm
