Thanks for your interest in the new desktop fonts! The Creative Cloud team is rolling out font and file sync early access. You can read more about it on the Typekit blog:
or just head over to request early access: https://creative.adobe.com/earlyaccess.
You'll get an email when sync fonts have been enabled on your account, with instructions on how to get started. If you've already received that email, please drop us a line at email@example.com with your Adobe ID, so we can see why font sync isn't working for you yet.
I'm assuming you've subscribed to the Photography CC package? I did so myself a few days ago and signed up for the early access programme as soon as I subscribed. Adobe emailed me to confirm it had been set up within a day or so and I've since been playing around with synching PS files via the cloud storage. Bit tempremental but works OK.
Your post here prompted me to take a quick look at the Typekit access side of things (been meaning to do this anyway) and I just linked my Adobe account to Typekit... And it seems that subscribers to the Photography package only get 'Trial Plan' access, with no access at all to the desktop fonts (web only). So in short, don't get your hopes up! Seems you need to full CC deal to get full Typekit access, although you can sign up for an account with them (paid for separately) that you could then synch fonts with via CC.
