Steve Grisetti is a good source on this type of information. He posts regularly so I would expect him to comment on your question. He has in the past with this type of question. But, you could also check in with Adobe to get its official word on this if you cannot find the wording in the Adobe Licensing Agreement.

Yes, the music and sound effects are royalty free, so you can use them in any project in any medium (short of re-selling the music files as your own). This includes YouTube and projects-for-hire.
