Both "Email Reciepts" (to the form filler) and "Email Notifications" (sent to the author and collaborators) can both be configured on the Options tab of the form. The Email Reciepts must have been turned on in your form for the form filler to be recieving the email. Both emails can be set to include the submitted data and can include or exclude blank responses.

Formscentral is great!
But... the process of adding a new collaborate - Users with unverified
email addresses cannot receive email notifications. Only those email
addresses that are verified have been added. Learn More - is really unclear.
What are you to do with the "copy" link?
Done it twice - still did not show verified.
I received the mail - clicked the link:
but nothing changed...
I think the link you are clicking is the one in the email that the form was shared with you, but since the email address is not yet verified you need to verify the email address before you can view the form.

Basically you want to try to sign into FormsCentral using the email address that has not yet been verified, you should get a message that you are not verified and it should have a button to "Re-send email" and you can have that verification email resent so you can locate it and click the link in that email. Once the account has been verified you won't have to do anything like this again.
