jlua001 Dec 15, 2013 2:50 AM (in response to Rajshree)The thread you indicate only states that I am not the only customer with the same problem , and there is indeed a problem that several customers are experiencing, and that there is no solution for it, or -at least- there is no solution that the thread you indicate proposes. If you are an Adobe employee, can you please elevate this problem so that it can be resolved? Thank you.
