All the devices are connected to Adobe Edge Inspect through the Chrome extension and will work when browsing the web.
When I browse to the IP address of my work production server, the Android devices sync flawlessly, but any iOS device says "An Error occured. The URL can't be shown".
This seems like a problem with how the server is configured since they all work fine on other sites and from Reflow. Can any admins point me in the right direction to debug this? I'll provide any necessary server info you ask. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Can you can access the URL, in a browser, on iOS?
Yes. If i go directly to the URL address in iOS Safari it works fine.
But I'd like to try and get the convenience of Edge Inspect so I can refresh once and it will refresh across all of the connected devices.
Can you please try reinstalling iOS app once? Also try using only one iOS device and see if the page refreshes.
