By "Does not install" what do you mean?

Have you tried an Offline install?: Flash Player FULL Installer (Mac OS X)

Have you done a "Clean Install"?: (forums.adobe.com/thread/1343084)

Simply stopped installation at 0%. The window vanished - full stop. I downloaded a different version directly on the desktop and did not use the web-installation tool. Than it worked. So, problem solved. Only that SPOTIFY does not run now anymore... strange things happen...
