Win error: PS CS6 stopped to work while working in 3D

I got a new PC 10 days ago, then I buyed Adobe CS6 Web/Design Premium.

I often use the 3D because I import .obj files, then I painted them using PS4 and, since a couple days, the new PS6.

Before to tell problems I encountered, I would tell you what PC I have:

      Motherboard z87 plus 1150 USB3

      Processor Intel i7 4770K 3,5 Ghz 1155

RAM 16 Gb (8Gbx2 Dual Channel) Kingston HYPERX 1600

Video Card Asus NVIDIA Ge Force GTX 780 3GB

SSD 250 Gb 2,5" Samsung Evo

      HD 2 Tb 3,5" Western Digital 64Mb 7200

Today I got two errors: the first one was, once I painted a 3d object and saved it on my HD, when I went to reopen it, an error message appeared (sorry for the mismatching translation, I'm using the italian version): "Impossible to complete the command because the RAM memory is not enough".

I have 16GB RAM and 4GB on my video card... Not enough memory?

So I restarted from the beginning, I reimported the .obj file I made with Blender and, this time, while painting it, another new error appeared: "Adobe Photoshop CS6 stopped to work - Windows: there was a problem that prevents the proper functioning of the program. Is there's a solution available, the program will be closed and an automatic notification will be sent".

Actually the only way to go ahead with my work was to reinstall PS CS4. But I just bought the CS6, it would be appreciated if it properly works.

Any idea? Thank you in advance for any kind solution.

Open up preferences/performance and see if your 16g is recognized.  If it is only 4g you may be using 32 bit version.

Also open Help/Sys Info and see if video card is recgonized.  Best to disable Intel chip gpu if you have one.

Hello Curt, and thank you for your reply.

I checked out what you told me, and here's a screenshot of the Performance Panel:

Memory is fully recognized, and in the low-right corner you can see my graphic card is recognized as well. Anyway I went in Help -> System, and here's the first results (I cut out all the unnecessary items, and sorry it is in italian, but I guess it's all understandable):

Check your Windows Reliability History look for a Photoshop failure and double click it to see if you can see where in Photoshop the failure is. It may help you see in its in your display driver or Photoshop 3D engine or in Photoshop itself.
