You are the administrator for a Team plan currently? Make sure that you sign into that page using the email address (AdobeID) that you used to sign up for the Team plan with. Only the administrator can modify the set of team members.
If you are sure you are signing in with the right email send me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org from that email address and I will forward to the right support team.

Sign into the link you provided using the email address which is the Administrator for the Teams account and there you can configure all of the seats in the Team plan, all seats that are assigned will be converted automatically on January 15th.
