Assuming you have access to the LiveCycle Administration Console, go to Settings - User Management - Domain Management.
You should see the LDAP domain entry, and the last time it was synch'd.
You can force an immediate synch if needed - that may clear your problem.
If not - you might be able to 'reset' the users password via the Admin console, but this may cause other issues depending on your overall LDAP settings.

TundraSteve Dec 19, 2013 8:01 AM (in response to Mark Lindberg)The passwords are not synch to the local machine if this is an enterprise domain. Authentication is done against the LDAP server, the synch is used to get the userid and check the authorization so I don't think a synch will resolve the issue. Is SSO being utilized in this scenario?
