If it runs on Android.... you don't.

Android dropped ALL support for Flash last summer (June 2012) and there won't be a new Flash Player for Android. The reason is that playing Flash content kills batteries and reduces battery life in mobile devices.

Use either "Dolphin" or "Puffin" browser from the GooglePlay store. They're free, and they use serverside rendering for Flash content, which reduces the load on your device.
