Should we start a petition to obtain a cashback for the bad updates?

I think that I'm spending to much money for what I get.

I pay to have a PROFESSIONAL solution, not a BETA software that can stop my workflow if I update.

Adobe was not able to offer us a bug free software, we are beta testers actually.

I think they should offer us a cashback or maybe some free months on our annual plan...

I wasn't sure I'd have agreed with this ... until my tiny little project went BLOOP and completely disapeared out of Speedgrade 7.2x34 yesterday ... a couple hours of work just gone, the auto-saves ... well, neither P-Pro or Sg nor I could find 'em. So I had to start over at 6pm on a project I'd just completed (except for deciding if I was finished on a static mask on a face) as the client was going to be in this morn to see it.

          What a joy.

I can't even beging to think how those dudes/dudesses with their tv-shows/hour-long films/commercials et al must feel like when coming up on their continual deadlines and the software glitches on you. And no, you can't wait to be done with all projects and test it for a week when you've got projects due every couple days, with multiple projects ALWAYS in the pipeline.
