          Nope. You can't, and that isn't going to change. Android dropped all support for Flash last summer (June 2012). There is NO version for Android 4 and there won't be any for any newer version of Android.

          The reason is the same one Apple had eight years ago when they released the first iPhone. "Playing Flash content is processor consumptive and drains batteries. It also shortens battery life in mobile devices (phones and tablets)."

          Android recommends using "Dolphin" or "Puffin" if you need to view Flash content. They're both free in the GooglePlay store and they use "server side rendering" to reduce the load on your Android device.
