Can you give is some info on your computer, and your OS?
- What OS version are you running?
- What is the make and model of your video card?
- What is the number and date of your installed video driver?
- Is that the latest version from the nVidia, or AMD/ATI Web site? Note: do not trust your OS, or any utility, to tell you if you have the latest driver. Check with the mfgr's. Web site.
Have we determined yet
a. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer?
b. Are you running the program as Run As Administrator or from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?
c. At the end of the installation part, restart, did you get a Sign In dialog? If so, did you sign in with your Adobe ID and Password?
If so, were your Adobe ID and Password accepted and then what next?
Have you looked at this issue with and without the antivirus and firewall disabled? Do you have a working Internet connection?
If you go to Computer, right click it to get Manage, then select Disc Management, do you see any errors related to this in Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Applications?
