By the way, my software never crashes, as I imagine that most people's don't. But you really have to tell us if you are on a Mac or a PC, and exactly how it is crashing, and what you are doing when it happens, and what your settings are.
Have you deleted your preferences and started over? By the way, what version of Premiere Pro are you running?
Your post really doesn't do any good unless you just want to rant. If you want help, you have to help us help you.

I never have crashes so dont have a problem getting my work done.
As Steven says ..." dont rant..tell us the issues".
I can almost guarantee ( and bet) you are using a Mac though.
