The sender should look like "wenlan du <email@example.com>". It shows up with your registered name if you chose to use your Adobe ID as sender in Receipt. If you see something different, please let us know.
I would have to agree with Khandah, I am having the same issue, in the smtp envelope the MailFrom field contains firstname.lastname@example.org and the Adobe ID email address is only in the Display As field, we are using the forms to auto submit to our HelpDesk system (Spiceworks) which reads the MailFrom field. It would be great if like the Receipts option in FormsCentral you can have the option of using a fillable field from the form to populate the MailFrom detail of the eMail that is sent.
