Installing flash player for OSX 10.9 does not work. Took all steps. What to do?

Are you trying to install Flash Player 11.9 or a different version ?

What happens when you try to install Flash Player ?

Please elaborate "does not work".

in the meantime the problem is solved. I can't reproduce what went wrong but now everything is fine.
