When you download Flash player and get message to prompt close explorer, it mean you will install activX Flash player plug-in version.
So please closed you browser and install the latest Flash Player version.

"Turning IE back on" is as simple as clicking Start and clicking Internet Explorer in your programs menu.
Better yet, download the following files by right clicking and selecting "Save target as".
Save ALL files to your Downloads folder - DO NOT RUN anything yet.
Reboot your system.
BEFORE opening anything else, go to your Downloads folder and run the UNINSTALLER to remove the old Flash Player.
Next, run the Flash Player ActiveX Installer.
That should have you up and running.
