This product is horrible. Not worth my time returning. You go to help and they say busy? You go to forum and it says you have 15 minutes to change your question? That means I have to wait at least 15 minutes to get an answer. I would expect a software company to be much more efficient. Sounds like the government. Good bye adobe. You lost me.
Yes, with the size of Adobe, their help system is inadequate to be kind. The forums here are mainly answered by users, who can't really help with redemption issues. Also because of the holiday break, most the Adobe employees have the time off, so there will be fewer to answer questions.
