I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED A ADOBE PDF PACK BUT CANNOT OPEN / CONVERT FILES ?

If you purchased a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack, you should sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com.  You should be able to convert your files there.
