    On-LIne PSE Help Not Available


      I installed PSE 12 on a MAC (Maverick OS).  The software is from a special COSTCO edition.  When I open PSE I get a message that on-line help is not availalbe and to reinstall.  I reinstall the software, but continue to get the same message.  What do I do to get on-line support while using PSE?
