Este foro es sólo para discusiones sobre los foros mismos. El foro de Photoshop Elements está aquí:
y el de Premiere Elements, aquí
As you are using Premiere Elements, I will Move your post to that forum, where you will get quick assistance. Also, your link and any e-mail subscriptions will follow along.

[Moved to PrE Forum]
As Organizer is a component that can be shared between Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements, I chose Premiere Elements.
If this becomes more of an issue with Photoshop Elements, we can Move it to that forum. However, there are some experts with Organizer here, so I thought it would be the better choice between the two forums.
To resolve the Elements Organizer 12 issue, the following two have proved helpful for me.
1. Delete the Elements Organizer 12 setting file...in the Premiere Elements 12 Expert workspace, as you hold down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift (altogether), left mouse click the Organizer tab at the bottom of the workspace and hold that click for 15 to 20 seconds. At the end of that time, release only the mouse hold. You should see a pop up message "Delete Elements Organizer Settings File". Click Yes to that. Then release the hold down on the Ctrl+Alt+Shift. This shortcut may take practice, but it does work quickest.
2. When in the Elements Organizer 12, create a new catalog. See File Menu/Manage Catalogs/Catalog Manager.
That works for me.
Please let us know the outcome.
