I'm on the latest edition of 27" iMac (purcahsed a year ago January), running OSX 10.8.5.
I installed PS CS6 a year ago, I don't remember if it was 32 or 64 or both... I don't even know how to check it... I installed lately some PS filters that crash PS whenever I use them, and their customer supposrt claims I will "need to be running the 32bit version of PS."
Have no idea....
There is no 32 bit version of Photoshop CS6 for the Mac. Your best option is to upgrade those filters to 64 bit by contacting whoever makes them.
Do you have an earlier version of Photoshop on your Mac? CS3-CS5 should be able to run in 32 bit mode if you really need the filters.
