    Premiere 12

I have premiere 12 and get an error when entering and exiting programme. "No Disk, Insert disk in drive E". I don't have E and have to cancel several times before ot continues. Anybody know how to get rid of this?

What operating system are you using?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program? This seems to indicate that some feature hasn't fully installed. (It was more common in previous versions of the program.)

            Welcome to the forum.

As Steve points out, part of the program did not fully install. For your error message, a prime suspect would be the SmartSound Sonicfire Pro module. Many users have encountered this, and by installing the SmartSound Sonicfire Pro patch, things have begun to function perfectly. That has fixed things for many, who have gotten identical error messages. I hope that it solves things for you too.

            Good luck,
