flashplayer activex is lost

i can not see flash player activex in my program add/remove list. i uninstalled and enstalled adobe flash player. but it is still lost! i can see a program 'flash player plug in'. i can not open youtube now. i think it is because of flashplayer activex is not exiting. i could not installed it. help pls.

uninstall flash player, http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

then manually install, http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
