have you moved servers? what were the changes on the server? this usually happens when there are changes on the connection information..
No - it's the same server - just the files for this particular site have gone !
the other contribute sites we have are OK - i think someone's deleted them by mistake maybe
Can you look at the server files? If so, see if the _mm folder is still there. I don't think it will be. The administrator just has to re-do the connection/administration setup.
Then find out who deleted the _mm folder.
We have the same problem on our server. Some of our users get the error message, but most of them don't have that problem.
I can see the _mm folder in our root folder.
One of my Clients got the same problem. It startet when we moved the site to another server. I have deleted the _mm folder and recreated it. It works fine from my PC and his laptop at home. But when he plug the laptop to the Office Network - he gets the error.
Before we moved the server, there was no problem.
