1. Re: Adobe Signature Invalid - What Gives???
LoriAUC Dec 30, 2013 5:45 AM (in response to Buzz81)Acrobat 9 is not offically "supported" on Windows 8.1 - only Acrobat 11.0.4 or later and Acrobat 10.1.8 so this may have something to do with it. However, this error sounds more like a Windows permission issue. Did the problem start occuring after an update?

Buzz81 Dec 30, 2013 5:10 PM (in response to LoriAUC)It's been awhile since I placed a signature, so I can't say for sure if it happened after upgrading to Windows 8.1 or not.

4. Re: Adobe Signature Invalid - What Gives???
Buzz81 Jan 20, 2014 6:48 PM (in response to LoriAUC)I changed the drive to remove the read-only permissions. I can edit other kinds of files in the drive. I still get a message that I cannot apply the signature. It's a Dropbox file. I tried copying the file to a folder on my local drive, and it worked this time. I'll see if it recurs.
