That example comes with a file called BlackJack.dir. Are you just
running the file in Director? Creating a projector? Shockwave?
Also it requires the MUS server. Have you installed this?
Yes, I am just running the file in Director.
Yes, I have installed the Multi-User Server correctly. It's up and running. However I doubt that's the problem - since the issue is a runtime error with a lingo script not finding the Xtra library and with the server itself. It doesn't even get that far.

It that case you would need the Multiusr.x32 to be located in the Xtras
folder where you have the Director application installed.
That didn't work either.
However I discovered the xtrainfo.txt in the Director folder, and instead of downloading the file I grabbed it from the downloaded location and copied it into the Xtras directory. Then I modified that txt file to point to the file by default like so:
[#namePPC:"Multiusr", #nameW32:"Multiusr.x32", #net:#xtra, #type:#default]
After that it worked perfectly.
