Can you post your code that recalculates the scaleX and scaleY values based on the Capabilities x and y screen resolutions.
I am assuming you start from a known resolution and then compute based on the percentage of what the users resolution is.
I was so happy to find a solution to my last that I forgot to post the code. :)
So here it is:
var targeWidth:int = 1024;
var targetHeight:int = 768;
application.scaleX = application.width / targetWidth;
application.scaleY = application.height / targetHeight;
You just have to change targetWidth and height with the resolution your application was originaly made for.
If you want the resize to be done at the beginning of the application just add a listener on the applicationComplete event and put the preceeding code in.
