    Password reset not possible


      I have got  multiple problems with Adobe-ID. I got a message that my password is not working anymore. So I had to reset it, but I do not get the announced mail from Adobe.

      - the mail have not been blocked by spamfilter

      - I cannot change the mail-adress in my Adobe account, because the password was resetted :-))

      (I entered the community by generating a new account).
