Please specify the exact error message you are getting? Were the software working fine before? Did you made any recent changes in your machine? With the license trial screen do you see any option to License this software, if yes click on it, sign in and enter the serial number to activate the software.
"The serial number is invalid. Please try again. If the error persists, contact Client Support."
The serial number I have entered is from the reseller invoice.
Your serial number has expired. Please contact your reseller for purchase options.
