I pay, and have been paying for a long time, a subscription to Adobe for use of CS6, specifically InDesign. I get emails from Adobe thanking me for my payments. Yet when I try to open the programme now, I am told I need to renew my subscription. Yet there is nowhere to complain to. Adobe is effectively stealing from me. Anyone else got such a problem?
