Upgrading from Flex 3 to Flash builder

I have an Intel Mac and I have no way to install my Flex 3.

I would like to upgrade to Flash Builder 4, but I cannot find a link to purchase an upgrade.

All the links that I am finding are for buying the complete product or nothing.

Please help
