I don't usually come here, but this problem was quite annoying... (and I apologize if this is a stupid question :/)
I've made this little pudding thing as an adoptable for a game, as you can see, the pudding is translucent, so the body will look different on various backgrounds.
But when I tried to add animation then save it has a .gif file, the pudding's opacity is back too 100% and I have no idea how to fix it.

There's nothing to fix because nothing is wrong. GIF transparency is palette based by tagging a specific color to be interpreted as transparent and you can only have one such color. If you want gradated transparencies, you will have to use a different image format liek 24 bit PNG, TIFF or whatever.
