    Import Results from a PHP

    Tom-Murray
      Hi

      I am new to Flex but it is an area that I wish to get involved in, my first project I set myself is to create a gallery that is easily updated.

      I now have a gallery up and running but wish t use PHP to scan through a folder and pick up the images automatically by browsing the directory for jpg's.

      Within my flex application I have the following code that gets the images:

      <Array id="Rome">
      <String>img/photos400/photo01.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo02.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo03.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo04.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo05.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo06.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo07.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo08.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo09.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo10.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo11.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo12.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo13.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo14.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo15.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo16.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo17.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo18.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo19.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo20.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo21.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo22.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo23.jpg</String>
      <String>img/photos400/photo24.jpg</String>
      </Array>

      To avoid having to add a new image my hand to the code of the flex application I would like my PHP script which also outputs the images within the directories on my server in the exact format as above, to import the results into the flex application? I have found numerous examples but I have not managed to get any of them to work so any help would be most appreciated.

      Thank you

      Tom
