Hello, I am using FormsCentral to create forms for my website clients, but do not want them to login to FormsCentral and be able to view other client's forms.
Should I create separate accounts for each client and create only their forms under their account? Or is there a way that they would only be able to view their forms and not others if I use my main account to hold all of my clients' forms? They will not need to edit the form as I will do that for them. Thank you.

You can simply "share" the forms with the appropriate clients, they can have a Free level (or paid) account on FormsCentral and you can share with them as "Reader", "Contributor" or "Co-Author":
