ok i have a question....I recorded my sisters wedding and I made her an interview but when she was talking there was to much noise around her, kids were playig and people were talking really loud and now that im eddinting her video in adobe premiere elements 12 I want to know if there is a way that i can remove all the noise that was around her... I want to only hear her voice not all the other people talking and making noises...
Unfortunately there is no magic way to get rid of random background noise. In fact, even Hollywood pros often have to "loop" or re-record dialog in a studio because the audio they recorded on location was ruined by wind, traffic or other background noise.
I agree with Steve - tough to impossible.
However, there ARE things that one can do to attenuate the noise, but success will depend very heavily on so many factors. This Tips & Tricks article mentions some of the things that can be done, and those techniques MIGHT be helpful.
Good luck, and hope that you CAN clean things up adequately - do not expect miracles though.
