    Subscription canceled


      I canceled my subscription a few weeks ago after only using the product for about a month. I canceled due to it not meeting my customers needs. Since I paid for a year in advance, shouldnt I receive a partial refund?

          This would be something for the support team that assisted you in cancelling your subscription, you should respond to that forum thread and ask Gurpreet there - I just sent a message to the support team to follow up with you.
