We have had trouble with a certain form, the finance log I created, not submitting for some but working for others. When they hit submit they get an error message " Submission failed please contact author." This form is open on Adobe Central. Why are some people getting it to work but others are not? I tried it myself and also received the submission failed message. Please help. This is the only form that doesn't work for us. The others work fine.
Have you saved multiple copies of the PDF and could the ones that are failing be an out of date version? Some changes to the form are going to invalidate existing PDFs.
