alexm56438433, good luck on that cancel thing. it's not easy trust me. as you cancel out you have to recycle the page a couple times to get it to work right so that it will actually cancel. i had to log out then back in and cancel and it worked. cookies that are loaded to KEEP . . hehehehe
Please cancel my subscription. I have followed the instructions to cancel my subscription in Adobe documentation via "My Account" and there is no "Cancel Account" option, but the site sends me in loops endlessly. My credit card is being charged $53 per month for over 2 years. This is a deceptive practice for a technology company that has fully demonstrated its ability to automate the "cancel" feature, but chooses to make it so incresdibly difficult that one cannot cancel.
