That's an onOne issue. Please contact them and see if they have updates to fix their plugin bugs.

OnOne Tech support gave up on the issue. They were helpful and gave me several suggestions, but in the end couldn't solve my problem.
As a consequence I basically no longer use OnOne products, unless it's occasionally directly from Lightroom. My main workflow is Photoshop so if I can't call OnOne from PS I don't use it.

This is all very strange. It seems that both of us are the only ones who have this problem. It is funny that I worked just like you with the same system and the same workflow.
When I open onOne in CC, then two windows opened from onOne und CC crashed. When I start onOne first and then by CC on file - go> automate, it works without problems. But I have every time I want to edit a photo in OnOne, onOne open first. Is that you too?
