There is a metric to track completion by percentage of slide views, but I can't seem to find the straight metric "# of slides viewed." Is there a setting that I am missing, either in the dashboard or in my project to enable this reporting?
Thanks,
Michelle

Just to further expand on this question, I have the following situation.
I have accessed my own course and viewed every slide, and then closed the browser window.
Under Course Settings, I enable intervention. Setting as are: Incomplete = Yes and Slide View % = 80.
In the Students section my user status shows as Incomplete even though I know I viewed all of the slides.
If I change the Slide View % to 90 I now show as Completed.
If I change it to 100% I show as Incomplete again.
How is this possible?!

Now I have people telling me that they completed all of the slides, yet they show in my report as incomplete. If I can't rely on the results presented in this dashboard then I am going to quickly lose credibility with my learners. We bought Presenter because this tool would allow us to track progress and results without an LMS -- please help me not regret that decision!

Hi ,
Did You enable reporting inside Quiz>>Managae>>Reporting ?
Can you Share what setting you have while creating the course inside quiz>>Reporting?
Also please specify what kind of course you are trying to create like AICC,scorm or connect and for which LMS like scorm,Moodle or connect.
Which presenter version you are using ?
If possible, Package you sample file and mail to (sunsahu@adobe.com) .
I am sure you can achieve what you are trying with Presenter.
Thanks,
Sunil

Hi thanks for your response.
Yes -- Reporting is enabled. See screenshot below.
Presenter version 9.0.2 Build 173
I am not using an LMS which is why I am eager to track progress with the Adobe Learning Dashboard.
The presentation has been packaged and emailed to you as well.
Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
There is some data inconsistency.
First time you created the module was taken by first learner(Michelle Iracane), there was no quiz.
Next time for other learners the module had quiz.
Our recommendation :
Each time you change some content in your presentation, please re-register the module.
I have sent a video on how to re-register a module on your registered AdobeID
As of now steps you can do to get proper details:
1) Re-register the module
2) Publish it
3) Let few learners take the module
4) Create a course from course settings in learning dashboard
5) View the results.
If you encounter any further issues, you can use "Contact us" feature in Learning Dashboard.
Thanks,
Krupesh
