Have you installed the Edge Inspect CC app on your machine. Also you need to be signed in with Adobe ID.
Yes, I was signed in and had downloaded the program. And before you ask, yes I was using Chrome.
Do you see the Edge Inspect badge (square white icon with 'In' in the center) in the windows system tray?
What message does it display in the Chrome extension window?
Do you have a firewall running on your PC? Can you also check your firewall settings and make sure that the Edge Inspect application is allowed on port 7682?
I'm having the same problem. I cannot get my iPhone5 to see my computer. Can you help?
I'm on Chrome v. 32, Mac 10.8.5, IOS7.0, Creative Cloud says I have the latest version of Edge Inspect on my desktop. The App Store says I have the most current version of the Edge Inspect App on my iPhone5. I am signed in to the Creative Cloud. I'm on the same wireless network. My browser says 'Waiting for connection." My phone says "Error connecting, tap to retry." but it never connects.
I've successfully connected my Android device, my iPhone4 and my iPhone 5, and iPad 2 in the past.
Please try connecting with IP address. Click the button in the upper right-hand corner of the device application and enter your PC's IP address there. Let us know if you are able to connect.
Also, are you getting this issue specifically for iPhone5 or none of the devices getting conencted?
