On 10 Dec 2013 I bought a one month basic service to try it out. Today I have just received an email to say that my subcription has been auto renewed for 12 MONTHS AS REQUESTED!!!
I cannot find ANYWHERE that I have requested this. I want to cancel this subscription and be reimbursed for the money Adobe has taken. How do I do this??
