    Auto subcription renewal

      On 10 Dec 2013 I bought a one month basic service to try it out. Today I have just received an email to say that my subcription has been auto renewed for 12 MONTHS AS REQUESTED!!!

      I cannot find ANYWHERE that I have requested this. I want to cancel this subscription and be reimbursed for the money Adobe has taken. How do I do this??

          I forwarded to support, someone will get in touch with you shortly.  Keep an eye out for an email or contact through the forum or a call if your number is in your account, this case may be best handled over the phone, if you can email me your phone number at jcorey@adobe.com I will forward to support so they can give you a call.

           

          Also, let me know if the email you used to sign into this forum is not the same as you use for FormsCentral.
