Good FRIDAY afternoon!

I have a question for those of you who know this thing inside out, every time I generate the help the browser comes up with a prompt that says:

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this page from running scripts, or Activex controls that could access your computer. Click here for options"

My question is how do I get it to stop doing that and will our users have to deal with this also?

Thanks for your time, have a nice weekend.
