1. Re: Please can someone reset my CC (Again)
Ken G. Rice Jan 14, 2014 6:15 PM (in response to Simon_P1)Have removed the 4.4 GB of files. They were all .lrcat backups that ended up having a metadata issue causing them to not be visible from the browser or the Creative Cloud Files folder.
Are you syncing with more than one computer. You might be having an issue with due to Files in use per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html.

Simon_P1 Jan 15, 2014 5:36 PM (in response to Ken G. Rice)Hi Ken
Thanks for your help.
I am only syncing from a single desktop PC.
If the issue is .lrcat files, is there a way I can stop this from happening?
I backup my lrcat daily, or less if there is a day I do not use Lightroom, I usually delete old lrcat files weekly leaving a minimum of 5 historical files.
If this issue reoccures it would seem easier not to backup lrcat files to CC, however this seems counterproductive as using CC is part of the point of making it a simple process, which it is aside from this issue.

Luis Rebelo Jan 16, 2014 12:16 AM (in response to Simon_P1)Check the information on the Coresync logs. That might help understand the issue better. Check out this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5798557#5798557
